Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with MyTzitzis! We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 1 business day after your order is placed. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
If an item is temporarily unavailable or requires additional processing, we will contact you with an update.
Shipping Rates
- Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders of $50 or more.
- Orders under $50 are shipped for a flat rate of $5.00.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping Method
Orders are typically shipped via USPS. However, we reserve the right to use another shipping carrier if we determine it is a better option based on the size, weight, destination, delivery speed, or other shipping considerations.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at no additional charge for customers who select Local Pickup during checkout. Once your order is ready, you will receive an order ready notification containing a link to schedule a pickup appointment at a convenient time.
Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United States only.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with you and the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
